This policy explains how we handle any personal data you choose to share when you get in touch with Treform through the website. We keep it simple: we only collect what you send us yourself, and we store nothing in a database on the site.

What data do we process?

The purpose of the processing is to respond to your enquiry and follow up on the conversation you've started.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to reply to the enquiries we receive, under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Storage
When you send a message through the contact form, it is forwarded to us as an email. The message is not stored in any database on the website.
We keep the email for as long as it's relevant for answering and following up on your enquiry, and we delete it once it's no longer relevant.
